Allflagsetc.com is unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place another order with a new shipping address.
If you suspect your order was deemed undeliverable, you should receive confirmation of its return or a refund within four (4) weeks of the estimated delivery date. If more than four weeks have passed, please contact Customer Service.
